What is Yoga?



Favorableness, adversity, accomplishment, imperfection, success-failure, victory and defeat, all these things are said to be equal to the self.  The Yog is divided into four sections in the Upanishads.  1) Mantra Yoga, 2) Karma Yoga, 3) Gyana Yoga, 4) Raja Yoga.  

1) Mantra Yoga- The chanting of the sadhana is achieved by chanting the mantra with long rules and devotion for many years.  Ramakrishna, Bamakshapa, and Ramprasad accomplished this matrimonial ritual.  

2) Karma Yoga- Every day, there are hundreds of tasks to do.  It is said to meditate on God in the morning and before dawn.  

3) Gyana Yoga - Gyana is called to consolidate and purify the body and mind through various coins, asanas, pranayamas, etc.
