General rules of pranayama

What does the word pranayama mean?

In a word, the word pranayama means increased breathing.  Prana + Ayam = pranayama.  
Through this pranayama, pure air can be received and stored inside the body.  As a result, our body is affectionate.  There is no shortage of oxygen.
                                         And this oxygen-rich blood makes our body healthy and strong in oil.  This pranayama develops the physical and mental strength of the human being.  The breath that is inhaled through the pranayama process is in three parts.  Is shared.  1) laxative, 2) Kumbhak, 3) Purak.
1.  Laxative - The laxative is called the exhalation of the breath.  
2.  Kumbhak - Kumbhak is said to hold the breath inside.  
3.  Purak - Purak is called breathing.  

How to do pranayama

  In order to observe the rules of pranayama, there are rules to be followed.  The things that shake - 1) Practices, 2) time, 3) place, 4) preparation, 5) Clothing, 6) air, 7) food.  
1) Practices - all the seats that are fixed, and so on.  You have to practice in those seats where there is no tension.  Such as Padmasana, Bajasan, etc.  There is no tension in this Padmasana and Bajrasana.  Breathing is taken slowly and exhaled so it will become a habit to increase the process of these two seats.  
2) Time - Pranayama is practiced in a very calm environment.  And that's why in the morning, before sunrise and in the evening Pranayama is to be performed immediately after sunset.  Because this time the atmosphere is calm and the air is pure.  
3) Place - To play and to perform pranayama in smokeless and smokeless places.  For this reason, the sages used to practice in the deserted forest.  It is inappropriate to Pranayama at home.
4) Preparation - After cleaning the toilets, some food is to be sacrificed in advance.  After lunch, when the stomach is empty, you have to perform pranayama.  
5) Clothing - The practice of pranayama is to use loose cloth.  
6) Air - Prayajan purified the air during pranayama.  So it was kept in the morning.  Because the air is clear during that time. 
7) Eating - If you are used to pranayama, it is best to avoid fish and meat alcohol.  The flesh and the wine are not there.  They should eat vegetables, vegetables, milk, ghee.  In the pranayama, the natural diet is uniquely acceptable.  Because it involves humility and modesty in their own right.  Pride never gives a head up.  They are short-spoken thinkers.  They have to be non-violent, truthful, unstable, devious And these five rules are to be followed by defilement, contentment, repentance, independence, belief in God.  

Pranayama in the case of some rage - this warning?
